Strengthening the Party’s Effectiveness
The Peoples National Party has urgent work to do to become an effective 21st century political organization.
- Urgent focus must be placed on the rebuilding of a political organization that can run effective campaigns, including building out a certified and trained cohort of campaign managers and other key election day workers. The aim must be to bring our political organization to a state of readiness to achieve victory in the next general election.
- The Secretariat needs to be modernized and supported by technology to manage the daily operations of the Party, and to drive the strengthening of the base of the Party (see 4 below).
- Communication is a core activity of any modern political movement, and we need to build our capacity to compete all forms of media, especially social media.
